On August 5, 2021, Mr. Phan Cong Bang – Member of Standing Committee of Lien Chieu District Party Committee, Secretary of Hiep Hoa Bac Ward Party Committee and Mr. Nguyen Minh Hoang – Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of Hiep Hoa Bac Ward went to Hai Van Tunnel Transshipment Enterprise to award the reward decision to whole employees of DII.

Previously, many people transfed bulky luggages by motorbikes through Hai Van pass to return their hometowns from Ho Chi Minh City or southern provinces to avoid the Covid-19. In order to reduce burdens and the risk of accidents, from July 26, 2021, DII cooperates with Da Nang city authority to transfer people and their motorbikes free of charge through Hai Van Tunnel.

From July 26, 2021 to August 4, 2021, DII transfered tens of thousands of people and their motorbikes through the Tunnel. The support team worked at full capacity because they had to support many people while ensuring the Covid-19 epidemic prevention.
